Orders up to $49.99 just $5.95.

US Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (delivery time 2-3 days from date shipped). NOTE: Flat rate envelopes can fit up to 9 yards of regular (non-flannel) cotton fabric and flat rate boxes approximately 20 yards..

Express Mail is available as well for an extra $15.00 charge.

***Note: Orders for batting or Fat Quarter Bundles may have additional shipping charges because of their bulkier sizes.

International orders are subject to additional shipping charges. All International orders are shipped in a Global Priority Envelope which can fit up to 8 yards of regular cotton fabric (not flannels). Canada and Mexico shipped at $9 per envelope. All other Global Priority Countries are shipped at $11 per envelope. International orders are initially charged the domestic shipping rate, but will be charged additionally for the extra fee before shipping. International customers are responsible for any Customs or Duty fees incurred. All International orders will be shipped as economically as possible, usually using Global Priority Mail. If you are from a country that Global Priority does not ship to, I will ship as economically as possible and let you know what the shipping fees will be prior to charging your card additionally.

***Note: Very lightweight orders -- a pattern, a couple of spools of thread, etc -- may be shipped by USPS First Class Mail (2-5 days from date shipped). If you have a preference of USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail please specify in the "special instructions" box at checkout, otherwise it will be left to my discretion.

Payment and Order Information:

All prices for products and shipping are in US dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, E-Checks, and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks. We do, however, accept money orders/cashiers checks from customers ordering within the United States. From all other countries, payment must be made by credit card or PayPal which is an internationally recognized secure payment system.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: My site is updated every 24 hours, but not after every order. So whether a product is available depends upon the orders in my order book ahead of you. I will E-MAIL you if there is a discrepancy, if you wish, but it is best to give me specific instructions regarding minimum acceptable quantities to ship on each fabric in the special instructions box on the order form. You may contact me beforehand regarding availability and I will share what information I can with you.

In the event that I cannot satisfy your order, your order is canceled. If I have only a part of your order and you wish to have us send what I have, your order is adjusted appropriately.

TELEPHONE ORDERS: If you are uncomfortable using a secure web site, then please place your order on-line and choose phone/fax as the method of payment. Then call 1-877-QLT-BARN (758-2276) between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm Pacific Standard Time and give me your credit information. When you call, please have the order confirmation number that was e-mailed to you at the time you placed your order, and give me that along with your credit/debit information. If you wish, I can keep that information on file here, and you can just ask us to use the card on file when you place subsequent orders. If you reach my voice mail, please leave a message and I will return your call.

Returns:

We want you to love the products you receive, therefore, if you should receive an item that does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of receipt.

Please contact us via e-mail at returns@crosscountryquiltbarn.com for a return authorization number before sending any items back to us.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when shipped, so please keep any items you plan to return in a smoke-free environment until ready to ship them back. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip and reason for the return.

Refunds will be given in the same manner as payment was received (shipping not included). If payment was made using a credit card, a credit is issued to the same account number. If payment was made with a money order/cashiers check, a refund check will be mailed.

If the return is due to an error on the part of Cross Country Quilt Barn, the refund will include the amount of purchase for the returned item and the shipping costs in getting the item back to us. For any other reason, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. No package will be accepted sent “collect” or “postage due”.

You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

***Please note: Due to copyright issues, books and patterns, can not be returned for any reason. All sale and clearance fabric purchases are final and may not be returned.

Rewards Program Details:

To say Thank You to our loyal customers, we have developed a rewards program called the 50-Yard Stash! You will receive 1 point for every $1 spent. When you have accumulated 350 points, you will receive a $35 electronic gift certificate good towards your next $100 purchase! Your purchase information will be tracked by the shop and a gift certificate code will be emailed to you when you have qualified. Expiration for the gift certificate will be 30-days from the date of issue. Every customer will be eligible for the program with their first purchase as of 1/1/2008. This rewards program is for purchases made in 2008 only and will start over each subsequent year.

End-Of Bolt Special Instructions:

Purchase ALL I have left of ANY Fabric and receive an additional 20% off that fabric! To do this, type in the special instructions box "EOB" and note "ALL" if you wish all items to be EOB or enter a note specifying which fabric(s) you would like EOB on in the special instructions box at checkout. Your 20% will be refunded manually at the time the order is shipped.

To get a good idea of what is left on the bolt, increase the quantity ordered until it tells you there is an insufficient amount available, enter a quantity of one lower and you know you are ordering all there is (give or take a few inches)! You are also welcome to email me or call me for more information. I am happy to talk with you, just please remember I am in the Pacific Standard Time Zone. :o)

About our fabrics:

All fabrics are 42 – 45” wide and 100% cotton unless stated otherwise in the product description. Our fabrics are not pre-shrunk. The minimum cut for fabric is ½ yard. Colors on the internet may vary from actual fabric due to differences in computer monitors, but I am confident you will love all of the fabrics that we carry.
